Abstract
This project trains Church members to develop Lay leadership through discipleship training and to train ministers as a caller. Woorisomang Church was founded in 2001 in JangYu New Town. We strived for revival after pioneering. The Alpha course revived with a focus on evangelism. However, I have come to realize that I am experiencing many difficulties and that qualitative growth is more important than numerical growth. The best environment for training change and maturity is small groups. Through one-to-one discipleship, he receives as it is and receives the story, so healing and restoration restore a deep relationship. After that, they share the ministry philosophy, train them, realize their calling, and commission ministry to be established as lay ministers. We need a change of consciousness to realize that we are a priest, not kingly layman, who are only helping. And they will be able to experience change through one-to-one discipleship and to do their ministry when they delegate ministry. Focusing on this ministry to young mothers, they established biblical values, changed lives and devoted themselves and they become a faithful disciple who was able to handle the ministry properly. I was divided into mothers, young adults, and teachers group with the confidence of small group training. In the case of young people, they conducted discipleship training focusing on aptitude and career guidance and building Christian values. Leaders focused on building biblical values. Teachers are trained to have educational leadership through Shema education.
